Waiting

Ceramic sculpture, raku clay, stoneware, electric kiln, coiling technique

There was a young woman at the train station, who after reading something on her phone stood still, as if she was waiting for something. She was deep in her own thoughts. After a few minutes, she walked onto the platform, and stood again in a very similar pose.  It was quite unusual. I had an impression she was making an important decision as she waited.
